Join Gretchen, a Master Gardener and licensed phyiscal therapist, for a discussion on how to maintain health and wellness during the winter months. Topics will include current physical activity guidelines, benefits of physical activity, sample exercises specific for the gardener, and discussion of optimizing mental/social/spiritual health during the time of the year when we can feel more isolated. There will be the opportunity to participate in exercise if interested, so please dress accordingly.
Free and open to the public. Will take place at the Davenport Library Eastern Avenue Branch 6000 Eastern Ave., in meeting rooms A & B.
