SIOUX CENTER, Iowa – The Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Master Gardener program will host “Managing Vegetable Pests” on Thursday, March 7 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Sioux Center Public Library. Master Gardeners will gain one hour of continuing education while learning about managing vegetable pests. Any other interested gardeners are also welcome to attend. The webcast showing is free and open to the public.

PRIMGHAR, Iowa – Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will host Joe Hannan, Commercial Horticulturist, for coffee gatherings in Primghar and Hull. Hannan’s expertise is wide-ranging and includes commercial horticulture, high tunnels, small fruits, tree fruits and vegetables.
