Online resources can be found on the Yard and Garden website or connect with your local county office to get your home gardening questions answered.

Just in time for spring, the Iowa State University (ISU) Extension and Outreach 2024 Seeds for Thought Garden Symposium will be held on March 23 from 9 am—3 pm at the DMACC campus in Newton.

This educational event will offer a variety of presentations on topics that are sure to match any gardener’s interests and provide a fun day of learning for gardeners of any experience level.   Gardeners (or gardening hopefuls!) can learn and grow their skills with a keynote educational presentation and breakout sessions.

Join us for a variety of webinars that will expand your knowledge, introduce you to new topics, and allow you to connect with experts from across the field. All ages and backgrounds are welcome to attend. Attendees can choose to join our weekly in-person "watch party" at the Jasper County Extension Office or register to watch from home in a Zoom room or on Facebook Live. 

All webinars will be Tuesday evenings from 6 - 7 pm central time.
