What About Me? My Wellbeing

What about Me? My WellbeingA program designed to enhance adult individual wellbeing and quality of life in ways that are personally meaningful to participants. This introductory program includes four, 45-minutes sessions that cover three areas of wellbeing and how they interact.

Session Topics

  • Time for Me - Understanding wellbeing
  • Social/Emotional wellbeing - Building strong relationships
  • Financial wellbeing - Managing your money
  • Physical wellbeing - Enjoying good health and energy

During each session, important information about the topic is shared and participants engage in hands-on learning and discussion. Sessions close with participants developing personal plans for their own wellbeing.

Potential Audiences

This program is intended for people interested in improving their wellbeing and quality of life. Due to the nature of the content, which calls for a high level of engagement from the participants, we recommend a minimum of six or eight participants and a maximum of 25 for the series. Audiences that might be a good fit include:

  • Faith-based organizations
  • Child care professionals

  • Caregivers
  • Community organizations
