2023 Howard County Spring Fair Communications & Clothing Event

Howard County 4-H held their 2023 Spring Fair Communications & Clothing event on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at NICC Cresco Center and the Cresco Community Chapel. Over 50 Educational Presentations, Working Exhibits, Clothing Selections, Clothing Challenges, and Share-the-Fun acts were presented by Howard County youth for judging.
