November 4, 2020

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, Henry County is hosting a babysitter clinic for 6th-8th graders on November 25th. Youth who attend the clinic will learn to be a responsible, caring, trustworthy and capable babysitter. Topics will include child behavior and development, nutrition, age appropriate activities, basic 1st aid, and the business of babysitting. The clinic will run from 8:30am-2:30pm and the cost is $25. Space is limited. To reserve your spot, turn a completed registration form and $25 in to the Henry County Extension Office.

Iowans are invited to join the State 4-H Council in a community effort to donate non-perishable food items throughout the month of November! Food items can be dropped off at the Henry County Extension Office beginning November 2.
