Attend the ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager Course on May 6, 2024 from 8:30 - 6:00 pm at the Hancock County Extension and outreach office at 327 West 8th St., Garner.  We will be discussing contamination and food allergens, flow of food: purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation and service, cleaning and sanitizing, facilities and equipment, and food safety management systems.  Cost is $160 (see flyer for more details)  Registration deadline is April 15, 2024.
