Maintaining muscle mass is increasingly important as we age. Our program will focus on sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass), how it impacts people, and ways to combat it. Participants can engage in a brief workout (seated or standing) and sample a protein-based snack.

This program is free and open to the public.
