Alliant Energy, Iowa DNR and Greene County Extension are sponsoring The Operation ReLeaf Residential Tree Program in Jefferson. Operation ReLeaf is a partnership initiative to aid long-term energy and natural resource conservation. The program is funded by Alliant Energy, and administered by the Greene County Conservation Board along with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources – Bureau of Forestry.
