Record Keeping
Click here to find 4-H record keeping forms and help sheets, as well as award applications! In order to be considered for any county awards, all record keeping and award applications must be turned in to the extension office by the Tuesday after Labor Day: September 6th, 2022!
There are several ways to keep track of your records in 4-H! Record keeping helps show what all you've accomplished throughout your year and provides a year-by-year look at how you're growing through your involvement in the 4-H program.
Don't forget to use the Record Book Checklist! This is the same evaluation form that the record book committee will use to evaluate your records.

There will only be ONE Award Application with the list of awards each 4-H'er is eligible for. Each 4-H'er will fill out ONE Application for all of the areas they wish to apply for.
