Pickle Making and Pickled Products Workshop to be held in Jefferson
 
Do you have excess garden produce? Are you looking for a way to use this all year long? Do you like to can/preserve food at home? Would you like to learn about home food preservation? Then ISU Extension and Outreach’s Pickle Making and Pickled Products Workshop is for you! Come for this interactive, hands-on workshop Saturday, September 14th, 2019. The workshop is facilitated by an ISU Extension and Outreach Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, Ann Parker. Participants will learn how to preserve food safely and practice by making pickled products in a water bath canner. It will take place at ISU Extension and Outreach-Greene County, located at 104 W Washington St, Jefferson.
