Building a better monarch butterfly garden

The Plant Management Network has just posted a webcast by Dr. Adam Baker (recent PhD from our lab) and related study guide and slides on the topic of "Building a better monarch butterfly garden". This webcast summarizes Adam's PhD work which encompassed best milkweeds for monarchs and bees, garden design to increase monarch colonization, value of native milkweed cultivars versus straight species, and minimizing toll of natural enemies on monarchs.  The webcast is appropriate for extension/outreach, undergrad teaching (our College is using it in the Pollinator module of our GEN 100 course taken by all first-year students), home-schooling, and youth education.
