Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef and onion, drain and add salt and pepper. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to package instructions and add 1/2 cup butter, soup and sour cream. Spread meat on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with sliced zucchini and carrots. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
