Stay Independent: A Healthy Aging Series

Stay Independent: A Healthy Aging Series is a nutrition and wellness program for adults age 60+. It provides information and tips to help aging adults remain healthy and independent. 

The program series focuses on four topics:

  1. Three Meals a Day
  2. Feast on Fruits and Vegetables
  3. Power Up with Protein
  4. Exercise Your Independence

During each session, participants will learn about the health benefits of eating well and moving more, sample healthy, tasty, low-cost recipes, and exchange ideas with peers to help meet health goals. 

Classes will meet from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on July 3, July 10, July 17 and July 24 or 31 (final date TBD by the class). 

Cost: FREE!
