Instructions:
Brown beef, garlic and onion. Stir in tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook macaroni; drain. In baking pan, arrange macaroni, top with mozzarella cheese, then parmesan cheese and then meat sauce. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
