Learn how to identify and cook with common herbs! Discover healthy cooking strategies to reduce sodium and boost flavor with herbs, and learn how to substitute fresh herbs for dried in recipes. Herb preservation by freezing and drying will also be discussed. Participants will practice hands-on knife skills and make an herb vinegar.
