Fall Local Food Leader In-Person Training, November 8-9, 2023 in Ames.

Registration is now open for the next Local Food Leader Training, hosted by ISU Extension and Outreach Farm, Food and Enterprise Development. This training will be held in-person, November 8-9, 2023 at the ISU Alumni Center in Ames, Iowa.
This two-day workshop will teach foundational competencies critical for successful food systems development; including, equity in food systems, working in food systems, facilitation and coordination, evaluation, and professional development. Participants will receive a certificate of completion in Local Food Leader 101 and will have the opportunity to complete Local Food Leader 201.

Cost is $140 per participant and includes meals for both days.
