The Rural Innovator Newsletter
We know that northeast Iowa’s agriculture heritage is the cornerstone of economic viability. Beginning farmers are the key to a future of thriving communities, diverse businesses, and strong families.
“The Rural Innovator” is a quarterly, online newsletter that connects beginning farmers with resources, innovators with ideas and technology and transitioning farmers with the next generation.
In each issue, you’ll gain reliable, research-based information about diverse agriculture practices and read stories about Iowans who are using those methods to manage profitable businesses. Each newsletter is created by the ISU Extension Ag Team --a dedicated team of Extension specialists and coordinators working in county offices throughout the region.
