Centennial Cookbook: Recipe Correction

Any corrections we recive on recipies submitted for the Centennial Cookbook will be listed here. 
Healthy Pumpkin Bread:
2 cups sugar
4 beaten eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1 pound can pumpkin
1/3 cup water
3 1/2 cups four- at least part whole wheat
2 tsp soda
2 tsp salt (or less)
2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, eggs, oil and applesauce. Add pumpkin and water. Add dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Pour into 3 prepared 3x7 bread pans and bake for 45 minutes. Another option is to bake in 2 9x5 pans for an hour.
