The Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) Grower Training Course is one way to satisfy the FSMA Produce Safety Rule requirement outlined in § 112.22(c) that requires ‘At least one supervisor or responsible party for your farm must have successfully completed food safety training at least equivalent to that received under standardized curriculum recognized as adequate by the Food and Drug Administration.’ 

Saturday, February 8, 2020 - 9:00am to 4:00pm

The 22nd Annual Iowa Farmers Market Association Workshop will be held Saturday, February 8th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church located at 3010 52nd Street in Des Moines, Iowa.  Fro market managers, vendors and enthusiasts.

Thursday, February 20, 2020 - 5:30pm to 7:30pm

Workshop topics include preparing a gardening site, starting seeds and selecting crop varieties, garden tools, and managing pests, weeds and diseases.

Tuesday, February 25, 2020 - 8:30am to 5:00pm
