2018 marks 100 years of East Pottawattamie County Extension and Outreach serving their communities.   Many community members have been helped over the years through various programming in our area.  So many learning experiences and fun adventures happened in our county throughout those years.  From those, we would love to hear your memories.  Please drop us an email, a voice clip, or a short video of yourself talking about what recollections you have, and how East Pottawattamie Extension and Outreach programs have impacted you. Whether they be adult programs, 4-H memories or even youth camps, we want to hear them.   If you have old pictures or news clippings to go with your memories we welcome those to assist in telling our story.  We would like to have these collected no later than Friday, June 1st, 2018.  Your memories will then be put into a slide presentation, to be played during our celebration at the Pottawattamie County Fair on Thursday, July 19.

You may submit your comment or clips via e-mail to Anne Pierce at or Jill Kadel at  You may also send via the postal service at ISUEO – East Pottawattamie, PO Box 187, Oakland, IA 51560.  We look forward to hearing from you!
