Orange pink shrub. The large, ovoid-pointed buds of coral pink (RHSCC 38D) on the face and neyron rose (RHSCC 55B) on the reverse open to double (25-30 petals), high centered, 4-4.5 inch blooms which develop orange-pink tones with age. The blooms are borne in clusters of 1-5 and have a mild fruity fragrance. The abundant, large, leathery foliage is dark green (RHSCC 146A). The thorns are green and awl-like. The vigorous plant is erect, becoming spreading later, and blooms from June until killing frost. The plants are winter-hardy in Iowa to 8-10" without protection.
