Come join our FREE nutrition series! Plan, Shop, Save & Cook is a year-round 4-week nutrition program focused around planning for low-cost healthy meals and snacks, learning how to save money when shopping at the grocery store, how to write a grocery shopping list and how to better understand food labels. There are also, some fun take home items such as measuring spoons, reusable shopping bag, and a cook book.
