County Council
County Council is a group of Delaware County 4-Her’s in grades 9-12 who go above and beyond for Delaware County 4-H!
This group provides input into the county 4-H program, plans and carries out countywide activities for youth, and provides leadership opportunities. County Council members are ambassadors of the 4-H program and are positive role models for younger 4-H members.
Record Keeping Forms
The purpose of 4-H record keeping is to teach youth how to keep records, which is an important life skill. Record keeping is an ongoing process that does not end when the 4-H year ends. Below are all record keeping forms. Click on the appropriate form you need to complete and add to your 4-H Record Book. 4-H Camps, Workshops, & Trip Opportunities
Check out the upcoming camps, workshops, and trips for Delaware County 4-H members and other Delaware County youth! Reminder: Delaware County 4-H members who attend an approved 4-H camp or trip, the Delaware County Foodstand will reimburse you 75% of the registration cost!! Make sure to fill out the Camp Reimbursement Form and return it to the Extension Office after your 4-H camp or trip!
Delaware County 4-H Foundation Grant Funding Program
This program is designed to encourage clubs to undertake and carryout projects which will benefit communities in Delaware County! This is only to provide seed money and is not intended to provide the only dollars to fund the projects. The Delaware County 4-H Foundation will provide match funds up to $1,000 per club per fiscal year.
The amount granted must be at least matched by the applicant before the grant money is awarded.
Grant applications are due on February 1st, May 1st, August 1st, and November 1st. Grants will be evaluated on a continuous basis.
Please read and review the Grant Policies before completing the Grant Application. The Grant Evaluation Report Form will be required after the community service project has been completed.
