“What About Me? My Wellbeing” is a FREE four-week virtual educational series beginning online Thursday, Sept. 10.  You can take this introductory, research-based program to learn about taking time for yourself, and your relationships, finances and physical health. Each workshop is 45 minutes and begins at 6:30 pm. The remaining workshops are set for Thursdays, Sept. 17 and 24 and Oct. 1. Each session will feature a different wellbeing coach who is an expert in his or her field.
