A tourism customer service workshop will be held on Tuesday May 29, 2018 in Riceville at the 10th Hole Bar & Grill.
Through this two-hour workshop, business managers, front line staff, and community leaders will learn how to implement the two key components of customer service to strengthen their tourism economy:
PLACE (Partnering Learning And Community Engagement) aims to enhance and promote the quality and character of Iowa's communities. The College of Design engages with communities in collaborative efforts to understand, envision and promote a fundamental enhancement of their physical environment.
This workshop provides hands-on training in seeking and writing successful grant applications.
