ISU Road Scholar Program top program in North America

Road Scholar Program ParticipantsThe national Road Scholar program has named ISU Extension CED's program as the "Top Road Scholar Program in North America." The ISU program was selected from a field of 368 colleges and universities based on a mathematical analysis of participant evaluation scores. Diane Van Wyngarden, tourism economic development specialist, started the program in 2007. Since then she has taught 34 courses, which assisted 497 businesses for a direct economic impact of $807,792.
