Customer Service Workshops

Through this workshop, business managers, front line staff, and community leaders will learn how to implement the two key components of customer service to strengthen their tourism economy:

  1. Community - How to inspire more travelers to stop, stay longer, and keep returning to your community.
  2. Businesses - How to attract visitors to your business, and build your customer base through excellent customer service.

Through workshop presentations, activities and discussion, participants will learn the 5 Steps of Excellent Customer Service, and hear how successful businesses create a customized service culture.

Workshop Participants: This workshop is open to all community residents, but is especially designed for small business managers, community tourism leaders, and front line staff who interact with community visitors--including retail, restaurants, convenience stores, attractions, and lodging.
