Mindful Teens: From Surviving to Thriving in a Busy World 

Grades 7-12 Workshop Series

Youth will learn:

1. The concept of mindfulness and its connection to stress management, and overall well-being
2. Gain an understanding of the benefits of mindfulness practices
3. Learn about, refelct upon, and practice a variety of minfulness practices
4. Identify areas in their own life in which they can apply mindfulness to improve well-being, relationships, and academic or extracurricular performance
5. Set long-term self-care and mindfulness goals
No Cost to participate; Youth will recieve a book and other program materials for use throughout the program
