Record Keeping

Record keeping is a life long skill that becomes easier the more you do it. Teaching youth to keep a record of their 4-H experience will assist them when it comes time to fill out applications for awards, scholarships, resumes, and more.

Iowa 4-H offers a selection of information and record keeping forms that members can use to guide their record keeping process. Each year, youth should include a cover page with a current photo, yearly summary, project record forms and project worksheets as appropriate.
