Over the past several weeks, many Iowans have been self-isolating to protect themselves and their communicites from COVID-19.  However, self-isolation can lead to increased loneliness and social isolation, particularly for older adults.

Then, every Thursday from April 23 through May 28 they’ll receive, via email, directions for hands-on family learning using materials typically found at home.
