Thirty-nine percent of all adult Americans are caring for a loved one who is sick or has a disability. Caregiving can be a stressful responsibility leading to poor health, mental distress and less life satisfaction for the caregiver.

Friendship with each other serves as a strong foundation that will help couples weather any storm. That is the premise of Attach, the fifth in a series of seven virtual meetings to help couples elevate their relationship during the COVID-19 pandemic.
