Step1: From the "Parent Info" section to the right, download the Parent Information Letter with directions, packing list and camp maps.

Step 2: From the "Registration" section to the right, download the appropriate regsitration materials for your county.  Youth who are not enrolled in 4-H, please use the Non 4-H Member form.

All forms needed for registration are within one fillable PDF document.  Please "Save As" the camper's name.  Either complete the fillable form or print and complete.  Forms are also available from your local county extension office.  All of the registration documents and fee must be received by July 15 at:

Volunteer to be a Tri-County 4-H Camp Adult Volunteer

Adults (at least 20 years of age) are needed to make the 2019 Tri-County 4-H Camp a success.  Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of campers in their cabins, during activities and throughout the camp in order to meet the intended camper outcomes.  Maintain high standards of health and safety in all activities for campers and staff to maintain a physically and emotionally safe environment.  Counselor and adult training will be July 30 and camp will be July 31-August 2 at the Boone YMCA Camp.  Complete adult application form at the right by July 1.  Adults also need to complete a background screening after application is received.
