Be a part of the 4-H Summer STEM Virtual Library Programs we have at the the Waterloo Public Library, Hudson Public Library, Hawkins Memorial Library and Dunkerton Library!

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math and if you live in the world today, then you most likely want to explore science in our everyday lives - as it is everywhere! Science is a way for us to look at and try to understand the world around us. Being scientific involves being curious, observing, asking questions how things happen and learning about how to find answers. There’s science behind what we eat, how we clean, what we do, and how we live. Discover the science, do your own research, and form your own conclusions.

Join other Black Hawk County 4-H members in playing 4-H BINGO!

Looking for different things to do over the next two weeks?! Play 4-H Bingo! This is a little different than regular Bingo, as it is virtual and everyone will have the same 4-H Bingo card (unlike traditional bingo). The 4-H Bingo scorecards have 25 activity squares on them. Your goal is to cover (at least) 5 of the squares in a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal row in the 2 weeks to get your 4-H Bingo! To cover a square, you must complete the activity on that square.

Download the 4-H Bingo Sheet here.    Read more!
