National Farmers Organization is hosting a Organic Growers program at Cherry Glen Farm Dec. 6th from 9am to 4pm. This is a free program. Veterans can get paid $200 for attending. Tim Ennis will be presenting. Mr. Ennis markets organic grains and meats through the NFO, and he will explain the price premiums and certification process.

This year’s conference theme is “The Conversations of Leadership.” The keynote and capstone speakers highlight how important one single conversation can be. Concurrent session speakers offer advice for engaging others through shared values. Panelists share how our conversations can influence both the agricultural organizations we serve and ourselves as individuals. There's even a workshop to help you communicate your personal brand.

This is a two day session for families and individuals wishing to develop a succession plan.  $150 for a family of four with $25 for each additional member wishing to attend. Hours are 1 pm- 8 first day and 9-2 second day. Lunches and snacks provided.
