The local attendance site is the Audubon County Extension Office. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and the course runs from 9 to 11:30 a.m. The registration fee is $35 on or before Nov. 18 and $45 after Nov. 18. To register or to obtain additional information about the CIC, contact Abby VanAernam at the ISU Extension and Outreach office in Audubon County by phoning 712-563-4239.

The course will provide continuing instruction credit for commercial pesticide applicators certified in categories 1A, 1B, 1C, and 10.

ISU Extension and Outreach in Audubon County will host a 2020 Farm Bill Decisions meeting to discuss Program Rules and Regulations, the ARC or PLC decision and Farm Stress Management.  Speakers include ISU Extension and Outreach Farm Business Management specialists and Human Science specialists along with the USDA Farm Service Agency.  The meeting will take place on December 4, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Elk Horn Town Hall in Elk Horn, IA.  Registration is free.  If you have any questions, please contact the ISU Extension and Outreach office in Audubon County at 712-563-4239.
