Information on growing trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, houseplants, fruits, nuts, vegetables, and herbs is available from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. Online resources can be found on the Yard and Garden website or connect with your local county office to get your home gardening questions answered.

This page provides the documents that are part of the Soil Test Kit. The physical kit is available for free from the Allamakee County Extension Office.  For convenience, If you would like to print this kit off at home, you can do so and get everything that is included in the kit, you will just need to provide your own zip lock bag. The documents are modified for usage in Iowa only.
