    • 7/01/05 - Producer sign-up period ends

    • 8/01/05 - EPA signs agreements if enough producers sign up

    • 9/05 - Producers who participate pay penalties (estimated date; required 30 days after receiving a signed agreement from EPA)

    • 12/05 - Large CAFOs report NH 3 emissions to EPA (estimated date; required 120 days after receiving a signed agreement from EPA)

    • 12/05 - Monitoring Study Begins (estimated date)

    • 12/07 - Monitoring Study Ends (estimated date)

    • 6/09 - EPA publishes Emission Estimation Methodologies (estimated date; Expected 18 months after monitoring study ends)

    • 8/09 - Producers certify their Clean Air Act permit status to EPA (estimated date; required 60 days after EPA publishes methodologies)

    • 10/09 - Producers obtain Clean Air Act permits and report NH3 and H2S emissions if required (estimated date; required 120 days after EPA publishes methodologies)
