Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Specialist

Elaine facilitates and promotes professional development opportunities around diversity, equity, and inclusion and cultural competency for county and state staff and collaborates with professional development teams to meet training needs. She coordinates the Access, Equity, and Belonging Committee and connects the work of the Champion Groups and other state-level programs to the program priorities and strategic plan of Iowa 4-H Youth Development.
