How to become a 4-H Judge:
- Complete "Evaluate, Educate, Encourage: 4-H Judges Training" for general knowledge about the role of a 4-H judge and expectations. This is a live training at this time (either in person or via Zoom).
- Complete the project area training offered. Many of these trainings are recorded and can be found on the Resources for Evaluating Exhibits webpage.
- Complete the judges database form.
- 4-H project area information can be found in Exhibit Tip Sheets & Project Area Guides
- The Resources for Evaluating Exhibits webpage will give you insight into the 4-H judging philosophy and other judging resource materials.
