A chance to ask questions of Iowa State University (ISU) Soil Fertility and Soybean Researchers is a central part of this year’s fall Northwest Iowa Experimental Farm Field Day set for the evening of Tuesday, Sept. 2 at 6:30 p.m. on the farm near Calumet in southern O’Brien County.

Aronia Berry Festival September 5 & 6

The Aronia Berry Festival will be held on Friday, Sept. 5 and Saturday, Sept. 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day at Sawmill Hollow Organic Farm, 2159 Kennedy Ave., north of Missouri Valley, Iowa, in Harrison County in western Iowa.

Correctionville selected for Horizons

4-H Clover Kids leader training September 27

4-H Clover Kids is a program for youth in K-3rd grade. Adult volunteers are needed for the program. On Saturday, Sept. 27 a workshop will be held in Storm Lake, Iowa.
