Correctionville residents are encouraged to participate in a new community leadership program delivered by Iowa State University Extension with funding from the Northwest Area Foundation. The Horizons Community Leadership Program to Reduce Poverty helps communities increase the number of strong leaders available to address economic issues and to find ways to build a thriving community.

23rd Annual 4-H Holiday holds fun for all Woodbury County youth

Woodbury County 4-H will host their 23rd Annual 4-H Holiday on Tuesday, Oct. 7 at the Sergeant Bluff United Methodist Church on First and Baker Streets. The 4-H Holiday will be a fun evening of activities for kids of all ages and will run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
