Servsafe is an intense food safety training course for restaurant and food service managers.  Participants become ServSafe certified by successfully passing the National Restaurant Association's certification exam.  For more information please contact Renee Sweers rsweers@iastate.edu

All training will take place at the Woodbury County Extension office

Training dates for 2008 are as follows:

  • Monday, February 4
  • Tuesday, April 1
  • Thursday, June 12
  • Tuesday, August 19
  • Wednesday, October 22
  • Tuesday, November 18
