New Woodbury County Extension and Outreach Building Design
January 10, 2014

Iowa State University Extension - Woodbury County is excited to announce that a new building is in the works!  The building will help Woodbury County Extension better meet the needs of the residents of Woodbury County and the region.

The Woodbury County 4-H Foundation is accepting applications for their educational incentive to be awarded to high school seniors who have been in 4-H for more than four years.

February 5, 2015

The Woodbury County 4-H Foundation has established a mini-grant program which is designed to encourage 4-H members and clubs to carry out projects which will benefit the community. The Foundation will provide up to $100 in matching funds to help clubs or individual 4-H’ers get the money they need to complete a community project.

ISU Extension and Outreach – Woodbury County will be hosting two workshops for food producers - High Tunnel: Beyond the Basics and Integrating Cover Crops in Vegetable Production Systems – in February and March.

The Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Master Gardener program will explore how Master Gardeners support local food systems during a winter webinar series. The 2015 series will offer Master Gardeners educational hours while taking a look at ways to support school gardens, food banks, community gardens and more.
