There is an annual program enrollment fee of $40 to enroll in 4-H. This fee helps support county and state 4-H Programs. From September 1st - December 31st the Winnebago County Extension Counsil covers the fee for our youth. If you enroll in the Winnebago County 4-H program after the December 31st date you will be paying the $40 enrollment fee. If you feel that this fee would be a financial burden, financial aid is available from the Iowa 4-H Foundation or contact the County Youth Coordinator for assistance.
