Winnebago County is also doing their part in helping out the communities by having the Community Cares Coalition.
CCC is comprised of non-profit, governmental, health & human service agencies, public schools, chamber offices, local businesses, and local churches. A total of 53 different agencies making up the coalition have been meeting on a regular basis since November. There is a local directory full of services available to anyone.
