Winnebago County Extension , in partnership with Iowa State University, provides education and information to help the people of Winnebago County become the best they can be. ATTENTION MANURE APPLICATORS: We offer to reshow the Manure Programs on 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month for those that were unable to attend a workshop.  Commercial Manure (3 hours in length) will be shown at 9:00 a.m. and Confinement Manure (2 hours in length) will be shown at 1:30 p.m.  If special arrangments must be made a $10.00 fee will be charged per participant.  You must call and register at least a day ahead of time.  If we have no one register, neither program will be shown.  Please contact the Winnbago County Extension office at 641-584-2261641-584-2261 or e-mail

The ISU Extension and Outreach Winnebago County office has an opening for a 4-H summer  youth assistant. This is a part time-temporary position. Assist with planning and implementation of the Winnebago County Extension 4-H program and office clerical work. Must enjoy working with people, have strong organizational and computer skills. Knowledge of ISU Extension and 4-H helpful.
