Back in Wine Grower News #134, 7-9-10 I included information about a New Zealand vineyard & winery tour being held November 15 – 28 this year. It was being organized by Washington State University Extension and anyone in the U.S. wine industry could attend. Lo and behold, two of our own Iowegian’s signed up for the trip and have returned to share their experiences. Diane & Gary Forristall (Silver Creek Farms and vineyard at Macedonia, IA) went on this trip. Diane is a former president of the Western Iowa Wine Growers Association.
