FSQA Dates Set for 2014

If you are showing beef, sheep, swine, poultry, rabbits, goats and/or dairy, you must make sure your FSQA certification is up to date.  Members can log onto their 4H Online account at www.4honline.com to see if their certification has expired.

This year we will be holding two dates for FSQA certification.  All members must be certified by July 1, 2014 to be eligible to show at fair (if you are exhibiting beef, sheep, swine, poultry, rabbits, goats and/or dairy).

Members in 4th-6th grade must attend a workshop every year to be certified.

Members in 7th-9th grade must take the Intermediate test and if they pass with a 70%, they will be certified until they reach 10th grade.

Members in 10th-12th grade must take the Advanced test and if they pass with a 70 %, they will be certified until they are out of 4-H.

Manuals to study for the test can be found at http://www.extension.iastate.edu/sites/www.extension.iastate.edu/files/4h/FSQAManual2011.pdf
