The West Pottawattamie County Extension Office is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time, Office Assistant. The primary focus of this position is to provide customer service at the extension office and respond to phone and walk-in traffic at the office.
• Front-Counter Customer Service
• Friendly Attitude
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ideal candidates will have excellent phone etiquette, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude. This position is Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, 3 days a week, 24 hours per week with variable scheduling. Requires a high school diploma, Associates degree, preferred. Starting wage is $13.00 per hour.
